Every post has a public timeline. Status changes are timestamped and visible. Unresolved posts auto-escalate through LGA, State, and Federal tiers.
3. Resolve & Verify
Government officials respond with documentation. Nearby citizens verify the resolution. Only confirmed completions are marked as Closed.
